Wollaston Museum is an award winning attraction located right in the heart of Wollaston.  Entrance is free (donations welcome).

What’s to see?
Artefacts building – the 18th Century chapel houses a collection of archaeological, farming, boot and shoe trade, lace making and locally focussed exhibits.

Curiosity Cottage – this village cottage has been renovated to highlight some of the periods of history in which the cottage has been lived.  A little gem!

Beacon Hill – a 12th century Norman Motte.  Under the care of English Heritage, this is a Scheduled Ancient Monument.
